The tenth game of Saurashtra Premier League 2019 will be played between Zalawad Royals and Kutch Warriors at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot on Tuesday evening. This is the final group fixture of the tournament and the winner will directly secure a spot in the final. Sorath Lions have already advanced into the finals which is slated to be played on Wednesday. Both the sides, Kutch Warriors and Zalawad Royals, have secured two wins in three encounters and share four points each.
Placed second in the table, Kutch Warriors faced 24 runs defeat at the hands of Halar Heroes but resurrected their campaign on the back of two consecutive wins over Sorath Lions and Gohilwad Gladiators. They secured a thumping 10 wickets win over Gohilwad Gladiators after successfully chasing 158 runs in 15.1 overs, courtesy Rajdeep Darbar (94* of 50) and Avi Barot (65* of 42).
On the opposite, Zalawad Royals too secured 10 wickets win in their last encounter over Halar Heroes. After restricting Halar Heroes at just 130-7, Zalawad Royals chased down the target in 16.4 overs on the back of 64 runs each from the openers Sheldon Jackson and Cheteshwar Pujara.
