Cheteshwar Pujara picks World Test XI
RCB is one team that has never tasted success in the IPL. In the twelve editions of the tournament so far they have reached the finals thrice but have never managed to lift the title. Virat Kohli had been leading them since 2013 and was a consistent performer for them with the bat. Having been out of the cricketing action for so long, he will be hungry for runs much more than ever. He along with the overseas stars including the likes of AB De Villiers, Aaron Finch, and Moeen Ali will have to step up to provide them much needed strength in the batting unit.
On the other hand, Chahal will have a huge role to play in the spinning conditions of UAE, for RCB to fancy their chances. Over the course of these many years, he had been a consistent performer for RCB. The addition of pace bowling legend Dale Steyn and slow ball specialist Isuru Udana have strengthened the usually weak RCB bowling unit.
