Hello and Welcome to our preview for Winnipeg Hawks versus Edmonton Royals 13th T20 match of Global T20 Canada. We are covering WH vs ERO Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the T20 match. The match is to be played at Maple Leaf North-West Ground, King City.
The tournament is now in mid-stage and the teams are looking to get the wins under their belt. Teams will try to get the early advantage and establish themselves at the top of the table. Winnipeg Hawks have won two and lost two and are currently at the second spot. Edmonton has managed only one win from their four matches but have better NRR than other teams.
Edmonton Royals were supposed to take on Vancouver yesterday but the match was abandoned due to wet outfield. Their last match was against Montreal Tigers, which the Royals lost disappointingly. Edmonton bowled well on a difficult pitch and kept the Tigers down to 129/6 in 20 overs. Parnell was the lead bowler with 3/23. The chase fell away though as no one apart from Ronchi showed any fight. Edmonton lost by 16 runs as Siddle picked 4/13.
The Hawks faced a similar ordeal but they were beaten even more soundly as CWI-B tore them apart. David Warner failed once again but Lendl Simmons and Ben McDermott scored kept the runs coming. After Simmons got out for 45, there was not much resistance. Defending 152 was possible on the track but only Fidel Edwards managed to keep up the pressure. Hawks lost the match by 9 wickets.
