J Inglis scored a good fifty top of the order. Ashton Turner, H Cartwright and J Wells also played good knocks. They will hope to continue their winning streak further.

Victoria is currently ranked third on points table with two wins and one loss. They won their last match by a margin of 66 runs. Cameron White and Peter Handscomb shined with bat scoring 123 and 89 respectively. Jackson Coleman also took a five-wicket haul while Tom O’Connell took three wickets. A similar performance will be expected from all players.

D Short will lead the spin attack along with A Turner. J Richardson, A Tye, N Coulter Nile, Cameron Green and J Paris will be the main pacers for them. H Cartwright can support them. They have the best pace attack among all teams.

Victoria :

Chris Tremain has been ruled out of this week’s JLTCup matches as a precaution due to back spasms. Rookie contracted fast bowler Zak Evans comes into the 14-player squad.

M Short can replace Seb Gotch who has been very inconsistent with bat and Peter Handscomb can take wicket-keeping duties for him.

M Harris, C White, N Maddinson, G Maxwell and Peter Handscomb will be key with the bat. Will Sutherland can also contribute with bat.

Scott Boland, W Sutherland, J Coleman will be the key pacers for team. Wes Agar will support them. G Maxwell will lead the spin department of team along with T O’Connell.
