While the country is going through a lockdown of 21 days, the sporting events in the nation have been suspended. The BCCI also postponed the IPL from its original schedule to 15th April. Now, Indian cricketers are spending the rare off-time with their families at home. However, they also are making sure to keep their fans engaged and entertained through social media. Indian ODI vice-captain Rohit Sharma is keeping his fans engaged through Instagram. Rohit came live on Instagram recently with his teammate Jasprit Bumrah. Both discussed various things and had fun during the session and gave their fans a field day on social media.
During the live session, Rohit told Bumrah that they have a guest and it was none other than Rohit’s daughter Samaira alongside his wife Ritika. Rohit asked Samaira to imitate Bumrah and she does it in the cutest manner possible. Rohit also told Bumrah that Samaira imitates his bowling action. Rohit further revealed that he is also the first cricketer Samaira imitates. To which Bumrah replied that the little one has a good choice. She has selected a good bowler to imitate.

What’s next for Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah?
Rohit hasn’t played cricket since the New Zealand tour where he got injured during the T20I series and missed the ODI and Test series. India missed his services badly as they were outclassed in both ODIs and Tests by the Blackcaps. Rohit was supposed to make a comeback in the IPL 2020 where he would lead the 4-time champions Mumbai Indians. Jasprit Bumrah is also a part of the Mumbai Indians side alongside the Pandya brothers among the rest.
