Prithvi Shaw has not had the best of IPL this year and the it has kept getting worse with each game for the youngster. Shaw was included in the all-important last league game against RCB on Monday.
RCB batted first on Monday and set a target of 153 for Delhi Capitals. Mohammad Siraj delivered good start for Virat Kohli-led side and castled out-of-form Prithvi Shaw with a beauty in just the second over.
Shaw started his innings on a positive note but pressure took a toll on him as Siraj went past his defence to strike off-stump. The youngster was caught on crease with not much feet movement.
Delhi Capitals rode on the back of prolific Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane as the duo added 88 runs for the second wicket. In the end, it was comfortable victory for Delhi Capitals who move to 2nd spot on IPL 2020 points table to set up Qualifier 1 clash with Mumbai Indians. RCB has also qualified for the IPL playoffs
