With the cricketing action and every other sporting event across the globe coming to a standstill due to the deadly outbreak of pandemic coronavirus across the world, the players, like other people are confined to their homes. The players are keeping themselves busy spending their time on social media and interacting with fans and teammates. While many cricketers are interacting and doing Q&A sessions with the fans on Twitter, a few of them are also going live on Instagram with other cricketers to make things interesting. In such one interaction, former English international Kevin Pietersen brutally trolled Ahmed Shehzad – his former Quetta Gladiators teammate in the PSL.
“You’re talking so much nonsense, it actually goes from one ear to other ear. You’re the same in the dressing room! You ramble too much!”
Said Pietersen to Ahmed Shehzad.
Watch Here:
Pietersen also slammed Shehzad during the same interaction over his string of low scores during PSL 2020. In PSL 2020, Shehzad could only manage 62 runs in 7 games playing for Quetta Gladiators.
“I want to hammer you about your batting. Why are you not scoring runs?”
Kevin asked Shehzad.
When Shezad tried to explain himself and give clarifications about his form the former explosive batsman from England lost his cool and bashed Shehzad and said –
“I’m your buddy, so don’t come with this garbage like ‘I’m practicing hard, I’m trying my best but unfortunately it’s not my time at the moment!’
Shehzad once again tried to himself by saying – “I was playing number three. I tried but it wasn’t helping me. It was the first time I was playing at number three. I never complained, I was trying my best but it wasn’t coming.”
PSL 2020 was another event that was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak at the semi-final stage.
