James Harden averaged 34.5 points per game in those games, while Russell Westbrook amassed 24.5 points per game, 12 rebounds and 12 assists per game in the last two matches.
Westbrook’s inclusion has certainly improved Rockets’ offense manyfold, but the defense seems to be a problem from what we have seen from Houston’s first three games.
The opponent saves managed to score at 117.5 points per game against them, and no player looking like taking the responsibility of shutting out the opponents, other than P.J. Tucker. Mike D’Antoni has a job to shore things u inside the rim.
Washington Wizards, despite them losing twice in the first three games, have impressed. They return to their base for the first time this season and managed one win from the first three road trips.
