Batting first, India lost the opener, Murali Vijay early in the innings. Suresh Raina came out to bat at number 3 and scored a masterful century off 60 deliveries. India went on to score a total of 186/5 and won the game by 14 runs.
Indian opener Rohit Sharma is the only man on the planet to score 4 T20I centuries. He scored his first century against the proteas in 2015 at Dharamshala. India were batting first and Rohit opened the innings alongside Shikhar Dhawan. Rohit scored a masterful century scoring 106 runs off 66 deliveries including 5 sixes. India posted a mammoth score of 199/5 in their quota of 20 overs. However, India went on to lose the game as the Proteas chased the total with 7 wickets in hand.
