SL vs ENG Today Match Prediction : Sri Lanka will take on England in the second Test match in Galle from Friday, 22nd January. On the other hand, England’s strength is their batting line up of Joe Root who scored a double hundred in the first Test, Jonny Bairstow, Dan Lawrence who is a good player of spin and scored 73 runs on debut and the likes of Zak Crawley, Dom Sibley and Jos Buttler too can score big runs on their days and then in the bowling the spin duo of Jack Leach and Dominic Bess was pretty impressive as both the bowlers took fifers and in pace attack they will have Mark Wood, James Anderson and Sam Curran.
Weaknesses :
Sri Lanka’s weakness is their batsmen’s irresponsible batting as most of them gifted their wickets in the first Test and then captain Dimuth Karunaratne is also out due to injury and the likes of Kusal Mendis, Dickwella and Chandimal are in poor form.
On the other hand, England’s weakness can be their openers as both Sibley and Crawley are playing for the first time in these conditions and they failed in first Test so they need to bat carefully to give a good start.
