In last match, A Brar was the hero with bat scoring 67 runs in 34 balls while M Bhandage, V Koushik and B Devaraj took plenty of wickets.
Shivamogga Lions lost their first match of this season by a margin of 25 runs. P Shekhawat was the best performer for the lions scoring 25 runs and taking two wickets. A Somanna and K Hoysala also took two wickets each. No batsmen played a good knock. Thus Lions failed to chase the target of 160 runs.
They will hope that all players find their form quick and contribute for team’s first win this season.

Retained wicket-keeper Nihal Ullal or S Sharath can replace Sharath BR. Batsmen N Shekhawat can also come in for Rohit K.
Bowler S Ashraf and S Moinuddin can also come in for A Shetty and A Hegde who failed to perform in the first match.
Liyan Khan will open the innings.Jonathan R, P Shekhawat and Anirudha Joshi will be the other key batsmen. A Somanna will lead the pace attack along with K Kamat and K Hoysala. P Shekhawat and A Joshi will be the key spinners.
Bengaluru Blasters:
A Doddamani took two wickets in 1st match but was replaced in next match. He can make comeback replacing Mitrakant Yadav. Captain R Uthappa is leading from the front. M Vishwanath, KB Pawan, A Brar and P Deshpande will be other important batsmen.
M Yadav and B Devaraj will lead the spin attack along with P Deshpande. Both are very talented spinners.M Bhandage, A Bhat and V Koushik will be the main pacers along with C William. All are in good form.
