Senwes Park, Potchefstroom Pitch Report

The surface here will be good for batting with even covering of grass and there will be some help for spinners in the middle overs. The average score is 272. The two matches so far this series have seen plenty of runs but since this is a day game we might see some help for the spinners.

SA vs AUS Fantasy Tips

  • Temba Bavuma carried his bat through the innings to score a magnificent 114* in the opening match
  • Temba Bavuma averages more than 100 in ODIs this year and has 2 centuries in Bloemfontein against England and Australia respectively.
  • Quinton de Kock has scored 45, 11, 8 and 9 in his previous four ODI matches. However he can be backed to do well in this match given his ODI career record.
  • Marcus Stoinis bowled with the new ball and picked up two wickets in the last game. He will also bat in the middle order.
  • Alex Carey is batting lower down the order and might not face much balls to have an impact. Hence avoid him for this match.
  • Josh Hazlewood was impressive in the opening match picking up three wickets.
  • Marnus Labushagne looked in sublime form scoring 124 runs of 99 balls in the previous match. He will be a good captaincy pick for grand leagues.
  • Sean Abbot bowled with good pace and picked up two wickets in the last game.
  • 48* in the opening match was the highest score for Ashton Agar in ODIs he will be giving points with both bat and ball.
  • Senwes Park is usually a good surface for batting so make sure to cover the main batters in fantasy teams.
