Pakistan Under 19 have stared the 7 match ODI series on a promising note by winning the first encounter convincingly by 17 runs, now they will move to the City Oval in Pietermaritzburg for the second ODI of the series.
Even after scoring a modest 226 in the first innings, Pakistan Under 19 managed to defend the total courtesy some tight bowling effort from Pakistan bowlers especially from Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi. The home side was cruising at one stage but a disastrous collapse of the lower middle-order handed a 1-0 lead to Pakistan Under 19 in the 7 match series.
