Powerhouse clash in it. The stage is set once again for the arch-rivals, and the moment is of the semi-finals. The mouth watering contest is to be played on 29th January, and the world is waiting for it.

Both the teams are having a world cup top remember. It has been a rollercoaster ride for them. India are coming in the match from a thumping win against Bangladesh, and Pakistan won an exciting encounter with South African team by 3 wickets. Mohammad Musa and Shaheen Afridi were on point while bowling, restricting South Africa to 189. They had their own scares while chasing that, but Zaryab and Saad Khan’s innings in the middle order made sure they are home safe, into the semis.

India on the other hand, showed how good their batting line up is, against Bangladesh. Abhishek Sharma and Subham Gill were on fire, and Shaw’s inning up the order set the stage up perfectly. 265 proved to be too much of the task for Bangladesh and they lost by a big 135 margin. Nagarkoti and Mavi were the bowlers for India, taking 5 wickets between them while being unbelievably economical at the same time.

Both the teams, having won their last match, are not expected to change their playing XIs for an important match like a semi-final.
