Hello and Welcome to our preview for Pakistan vs South Africa Test match. We are covering PAK vs SA Dream 11 team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the second Test match. The match is to be played at Newlands, Cape Town.
The Boxing Day Test between South Africa and Pakistan was expected to be a low-scoring thriller but by the end, South Africa chased down the total with ease. The hosts will now look to seal the series win with a victory in the second Test. Pakistan will be demotivated but need to come back strong.
While all the attention was on Dale Steyn and his record-breaking wicket, it was medium-pacer Duanne Olivier who sprung a surprise. With 11 wickets in the match, he has confirmed his place into the playing XI which will give SA a selection headache. The batsmen enjoyed a good outing in the second inning and will be keen to go out in the second Test.
Pakistan was all out for 181 on the first day and it harmed their chances of winning severely. Their pace bowlers, Mohammad Amir-Hasan Ali-Shaheen Afridi, were impressive but their batting let them down. Even in the second innings, Pakistan had reached 101/1 after which they collapsed to 190 all out. Batting needs solidity.
