Pakistan continues to bow down in front of Australia after losing two back to back ODIs in UAE. Having a 2-0 lead in the 5-match ODI series, Aussies are pretty confident for the 3rd ODI which is to be played at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Aussies are just a victory away from winning back to back away ODI series, whereas, Pakistan, on the other hand, is on the verge of do or die situation.
Pakistan came on to the field with the bat and managed to put a decent score of 284 runs in 50 overs on the board. But, Aussies were unstoppable and they made this chase look very easy. Australian openers turned out exceptionally well with the bat and added 200+ runs partnership to snatch the victory from Pakistan with eight wickets in hand. Pakistani bowlers were expected to trouble the Australian batting line up but eventually, they weren’t able to take more than 4 wickets in two matches.
Aaron Finch looked beast, as he slammed centuries in both the matches. In the second ODI, Aaron thrashed 153 runs in 143 balls. Now Aussies would be keen to seal the series in the 3rd ODI, whereas Pakistan would be looking forward to applying breaks on Australia’s winning streak.
