As far as the rules are concerned, the third umpire needs a conclusive evidence to overturn the on-field umpire’s call, but the evidence was unclear.

After the controversial decision of David Warner, Kane Williamson and Jason Holder steadied the ship for SRH. The contest went down to the wire but the duo kept their calm in the chase. With the win, SRH has progressed to Qualifier 2 and will play Delhi Capitals on 8 November for a spot in IPL final. On the other hand, RCB are eliminated as they ended their tourney with five defeats on the bounce.
