The TT Cup in Ukraine is in full swing. It’s a tournament in which people of are ages are actively competing in. There are forty players who are currently a part of the tournament, and a number of matches of particular players take place on each day which is a true test of endurance and stamina.
In one of the games it will be Andriy Vlelchev who will be taking on Yevgen Gorakvenko. The age difference is something to admire between the two atheletes. Gorkavenko is just a 16 year old born in 2003, whereas Andriy Vlelchev is a veteran in the field who is of 65 years of age. It will be an intriguing contest between experience and exuberance.
The youngster Vlelchev has won two games on the bounce versus Gamyanin and Vielchev. Against Gamyanin, Vlelchev won by a count of 2:3 (10:12, 11:7, 11:8, 9:11, 7:11. In the next game versus Vielchev it was by a count of 3:0 (11:5, 11:6, and 12:10)
Gorkavenko, on the other hand has lost four games on the bounce and will be eager to get an unlikely win.
In game number two it will be Kotik A who goes on to face Gritsienko N. Kotik Andrii ranks at 100 for Ukraine and comes from the City of Lutsk. Born in the year 1995, Kotik has plenty of years ahead of him in the sport of Table Tennis. Andrii has been a part of 28 fixtures in the 2020 so far. In his recent two games, Kotik registered back to back wins versus Yunchyk by the count of 3:0 (11:7,11:3,11:9) and it was followed up by a win against Nechyporuk by 3:0 (11:7,11:9,11:8). Gritsienko on the other end is a tad inexperienced and will be keen on giving Kotik a tough time.
