Interestingly, these two teams squared off against each other in their last match as well in the sixth round. This is now the home fixture for Canterbury while Northern Knights play away. Northern Knights lost three quick wickets and stumbled to 46/3 early in the chase. Nick Kelly stood strong and edged past a half-century. Joe Carter and Brett Hampton supported him as NK kept chipping away at the target. Carter and Walker got the team past winning line with nine balls remaining.

Popli can replace HR Cooper at the top. Cooper has scored only 41 runs in six matches so far.
Knights posses three superb all-rounders in Devcich, Mitchell and Hampton. Bowlers Randell and Gibson performed well in the last game. Dean Brownlie and Nicholas Kelly will handle the batting responsibility.
CTB:
Canterbury has made one change in their 14-man squad from the last game.
Theo Van Woerkom has been replaced by Andrew Ellis.
Ellis is expected to replace Theo in the playing XI.
Other have performed good enough to retain their places.
