MR-W vs SS-W Dream 11 Team Prediction of WBBL: Preview | A DO-OR-DIE Contest

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Melbourne Renegades vs Sydney Sixers match. We are covering MR-W vs SS-W Dream 11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Women’s Big Bash League 2018-19 match. The game will be played at Drummoyne Oval, Sydney.

Melbourne Renegades lost to Sydney Sixers in their last encounter. Batting first, Sixers scored 136 runs with Ellyse Perry and Erin Burns being top scorer scoring 67* and 53* respectively. Wareham and Molineux were the only positives with the ball. In response, Renegades collapsed at 107, Jessica Duffin was the only positive with the bat scoring 39 runs. M Kapp and Lauren Cheatle starred with the ball taking two scalps each.

Sydney Sixers, however, lost their last match to Melbourne Stars by 5 wickets. Batting first, They collapsed at 92 runs with A Healy being the only positive scoring 35 runs. Marizanne Kapp along with Niekerk and Cheatle was impressive in the defence but could not save the low target.

Table-toppers Sydney Sixers will hope to continue their dream run ahead and enter the finale of WBBL’18-19 whereas Melbourne Renegades will expect to make a comeback and give a tough fight to strong Sydney Sixers team.

Melbourne Renegades:

They have announced 13 women squad for the match. Zoe Cooke has been removed from the team.

Danielle Wyatt has been released by ECB to play tomorrow’s crucial Semi-final.

Claire Koski can return to the playing XI replacing E Kershaw or Emma Inglis. In case, E Inglis is replaced then Kershaw will handle the wicket-keeping duties.

Danielle Wyatt and Sophie Molineux will open the innings. A Satterthwaite, J Duffin and C Webb will follow them.

G Wareham, Sophie Molineux and M Strano will be the critical spinners along with Amy Satterthwaite while M Brown and L Tuhahu will spearhead the pace attack. Danielle Wyatt can also bowl few overs of spin.

T Vlaeminck is ruled out of the tournament due to injury.

Sydney Sixers :

They have declared 13 women squad for the match. Carly Leeson replaces Jodie Hicks in the team.

Alyssa Healy and Ellyse Perry will open the innings.

E Perry, Ashleigh Gardner, Erin Burns, Dane Van Niekerk and Marizanne Kapp will play the role of allrounders.

Ellyse Perry, Marizanne Kapp, Sarah Aley and Lauren Cheatle will lead the pace attack while Dane Van Niekerk and Lauren Smith will be the critical spinners along with A Gardner and Erin Burns.

Carly Leeson can replace Hayley Silver-Holmes in the playing XI.
