Young Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj recently named the most difficult batsmen to bowl at. In a conversation with CricTracker, Mohammed Siraj named Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers the two most difficult batsmen to bowl at.
The Hyderabad-born pacer also named former Indian skipper MS Dhoni alongside Virat and AB as the toughest batsman to face. It should not come as a surprise as Siraj faced the wrath of Dhoni’s bat last season, as the greatest finisher of the game took Siraj to the cleaners and the young pacer was clearly under pressure.
Meanwhile, Siraj would be relieved with the fact that he has to face Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers in the net only and not in the game. However, the bowler must have learned a lot from the two legends of the game about where not to bowl to the class batsmen.
The names from Mohammed Siraj should not come as a surprise to anyone as all 3 of Virat, AB, and Mahi are known to rip apart the opposition’s bowling on their day. All 3 of them have a vast experience of the game under their belt of international cricket and the IPL as well.
In case you didn’t know:
Mohammed Siraj started his IPL career in 2017 as he was picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad in the auctions. However, the pacer got chance in only 6 games where he picked 10 wickets before SRH decided to let him go. Siraj was picked by Virat Kohli lead RCB in 2018 auctions and he has been the part of the Bangalore-based franchise ever since playing 2 seasons with them. Siraj has also made his T20 and ODI debut for India already playing 1 ODI and 3 T20Is till now.
