KDH vs KAB Dream 11 Team Prediction of Afghanistan Premier League: Preview

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Kabul Zwanan vs Kandahar Knights match. We are covering KDH vs KAB Dream 11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the T20 match. The match is to be played at Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium.

Kabul is currently ranked third on points table with three wins and three losses. In last match, They were defeated by Balkh Legends. Bowling first, bowlers failed to put a good show leading to a target of 245. Fareed Ahmed took two wickets while Wayne Parnell was the only economical bowler having economy below 10 and also took one wicket. Chasing the target, Openers came with a positive mindset and scored quickly. Hazratullah Zazai was in top form and hit six sixes in an over scoring fifty in just 12 balls but got out on 62 runs in 17 balls. Luke Ronchi also scored 47 runs. Shahidullah Kamal and Colin Ingram also played good cameos down the order but could not reach the target and fall short of 21 runs. They will hope for a better performance by their bowlers and similar destructive batting by their batsmen.

Kandahar Knights are right at the bottom of points table and registered their first win of the season in last match. Batting first their top order once again failed and not even a single player in top five could cross ten-run mark. Karim Janat scored a good knock of 40* down the order and was well supported by Riki Wessels, Najibullah and Sayed Shirzad to help team reach a respectable total of 137. Defending the low total, Bowlers bowled brilliantly and took all the wickets of Nangarhar Leopards at 110. Waqar Salamkheil took a three wicket haul whereas Karim Janat and M Naveed took two wicket each to help team get their first win. They will hope to continue the momentum ahead.

Lack of depth in squad is hurting them as their batsmen are out of form. They can drop Paul Stirling and add K O’Brien in the Playing XI.

Waqar Salamkheil will lead the spin department of team along with Karim Sadiq while Sayed Shirzad, M Naveed and Karim Janat will be the key pacers.

In the last match, they found their first win in this tournament so they will not make many changes.

Shawkat Zaman can be replaced by Zahir Shahzad.
Muslim Musa place is also under doubts as he conceded lots of runs in previous match.
