KDH vs BAL Dream11 Team Prediction of Afghanistan Premier League: Preview

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Kandahar Knights vs Balkh Legends match. We are covering KDH vs BAL Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the T20 match. The match is to be played at Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium.

Balkh Legends are on top of the points table with five wins and two losses. However, They lost yesterday’s encounter with six wickets. Ravi Bopara, Ryan Ten Doeschate and D Rasooli got starts but no one could convert into big knock leading to an average target of 133. Qias Ahmed was brilliant with the ball taking three wickets but could not provide victory to his team as the target was successfully chased on the loss of four wickets. They will hope to end group stage on a high note before knockout stages.

Kandahar Knights are just on the opposite end on points table as compared to Balh Legends and have lost five matches. They, however, won yesterday’s encounter in the last ball thriller against Paktia Panthers. Sayed Shirzad once again bowled brilliantly taking three wickets while Karim Janat took two wickets. Skipper Asghar Afghan stood strong to chase 168 and played a brilliant knock of 74 runs in 42 balls to successfully win the match and keep their hopes to qualify to semi-finals alive. They will hope to get a win in tomorrow’s match and then replace Nangarhar Leopards in top four teams who will reach semi-finals.

Chris Gayle can come in the playing XI replacing Dilshan Munaweera. Colin Munro, Ryan Ten Doeschate and Darwish Rasooli will be the main batsman. R Bopara, M Nabi and G Naib will play the role of an all-rounder for the team.

M Nabi will lead the spin attack along with Qais Ahmed. Gulbadin Naib, Aftab Alam and M Ashraf will be the key pacers for the team.

If they give rest to Ryan Ten Doeschate then they can add Usman Ghani. If this happen then they can also include Ben Laughin for Mirwais Ashraf.

They can make any unpredictable change in the playing XI for the last group match as they are already qualified.

Kandahar Knights:

Lack of depth in the squad is hurting them as their batsmen are out of form but they do not have adequate replacements. Kevin O Brien can replace Paul Stirling in the playing XI.

Asghar Afghan, Riki Wessels and Najibullah Zadran will be the key batsmen. Karim Janat and Karim Sadiq will play the role of an allrounder.

Waqar Salamkheil will lead the spin department of the team along with Karim Sadiq while Sayed Shirzad, M Naveed and Karim Janat will be the key pacers.
