Tshwane Spartans are on the bottom of the points table with one win and three losses. They unluckily lost their last encounter against Nelson Mandela Bay Giants by 7 runs. Bowling first, Jeevan Mendis and Lutho Sipamla were phenomenal with the ball taking four and three wickets respectively to restrict Giants at 143. Chasing the target, They lost three early wickets but still had enough chance to chase the target with in-form Theunis De Bruyn and Dean Elgar on strike but the match was called off due to lightning and DLS favored the Giants. They will hope to get a win tomorrow and improve their standing in the points table.

Jozi Stars are third on the points table with one win and two losses. They lost to Cape Town Blitz by 62 runs in last encounter. Bowling first, No bowler could put a good show except Duane Olivier who took a three-wicket haul. Chasing 199, none could put a standout performance for his team and they collapsed at 136 runs. They will hope to put a good show tomorrow and give a tough challenge to Tshwane Spartans.

Chris Gayle will not play as he is currently in Dubai playing T10 League.

All rounder Dwaine Pretorius can come in the playing XI replacing Eddie Leie.

Ryan Rickelton and Reeza Hendricks will open the innings. Rassie Van Der Dussen and Dane Vilas will follow them. Daniel Christian and S Harmer will play the role of an allrounder.

K Rabada, Duanne Olivier and Beuran Hendricks will be the key pacers along with D Christian. Simon Harmer will lead the spin attack.

Tshwane Spartans:

Lungi Ngidi has been ruled out for three months after sustaining a knee injury. Corbin Bosch has been added in the squad as the replacement.

Rilee Rossouw and Eoin Morgan will not play few matches as they are participating in T10 league.

Sikandar Raza can return to the playing XI either in place of Sean Williams or Tony De Zorzi. If Zorzi is replaced, Then Theunis De Bruyn will open the innings.

Andrew Birch can also come back replacing Eldred Hawken.

Gihahn Cloete and Theunis de Bruyn/Tony De Zorzi will open the innings. Skipper AB de Villiers and Dean Elgar will follow them.
