Australia fast bowler Mitchell Starc will miss the final two T20I matches against India. He has withdrawal himself from the squad to deal with a family illness.
“There is nothing in the world more important than family and in this case Mitch is no exception. We will give Mitch all the time he needs and welcome him back into the squad with open arms whenever he feels the time is right for him and his family,” said Australia coach Justin Langer.
There was no announcement of any replacement for the fast bowler. Earlier, Nathan Lyon was added to the T20I squad.
Daniel Sams or Andrew Tye could come in for Mitch Starc. For more cricket news, click here
