Hello and Welcome to our preview for India vs West Indies 5th ODI match. We are covering IND vs WI 5th ODI Dream11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the final ODI match of the series. The match is to be played at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram.
The series is still alive going into the fifth and the final match; this itself should count as a positive for the Windies team. With their stunning performances, they forced the home team to bring back its best bowlers and make them play their best XI. Despite the trouncing WI suffered in the last match at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai, the tourists can hope to give a stern fight for equalling the series.
India won the toss and chose to bat first in the fourth ODI played at Mumbai. After Dhawan and Kohli’s dismissal, Rohit Sharma and Ambati Rayudu grabbed the mantle of run-scoring. The Mumbai opener was in his elements and on the way to another double century but eventually fell at 162. Rayudu scored a scintillating 100 to confirm the number four spot in the team. Indian team ultimately posted 377/5.
The Windies batting lineup tumbled with a mountain of runs in front of them. Their top-order displayed ill shot-selection and lost two of the wickets as a result of a runout. At 56/6, they were facing the chances of fetching the greatest defeat in ODIs but the captain Jason Holder came to the rescue. With a matured knock of 54, Holder eventually brought down the margin of the defeat to 224 runs.
