After two consecutive losses, India made a thumping comeback in Nottingham and defeated the hometeam by a margin of 203 runs. All players gave a collective performance for such appreciable victory.
Virat Kohli made a total of 200 runs in two innings. He was well supported by A Rahane in first innings and C Pujara in second innings. S Dhawan and KL Rahul also gave good starts to the team. Also, R Pant and H Pandya played their role with bat perfectly for the team.
In Bowling, Hardik Pandya and J Bumrah got a five wicket haul in first and second innings respectively. Ishant sharma also took four wickets in two innings.
England lost the third test poorly but will hope to make a comeback in Southampton. Jos Buttler was the only positive with bat scoring a brilliant century in second innings. Ben Stokes also played a good knock. All batsmen need to score consistent runs for the team to lock the series in fourth test.
J Anderson, C Woakes and A Rashid took four wickets each in two innings. They will have to take wickets at regular intervals of India’s now in form batting attack. A Competitive match can be expected between both top teams as India will hope to continue their momentum while England will hope to make a comeback and win the series in fourth test.

In the press conference Kohli has revealed that R Ashwin has recovered from injury and is fit for tomorrow’s test.
S Dhawan and KL Rahul will play aggressive cricket top of the order. V Kohli, C Pujara, A Rahane will be the key middle order batsmen. H Pandya, R Pant and R Ashwin will also be important for a good batting score of India.
R Ashwin will be the lone spinner for India. J Bumrah, I Sharma, M Shami and H Pandya will lead the pace attack.
England:
Captain J Root has declared the playing XI for fourth test. S Curran is back replacing Chris Woakes who is not fully fit for the fourth test.
Moeen Ali will also be a part of playing XI replacing Ollie Pope. J Bairstow is fit from his injury but will play only as a batsmen and J Buttler will do wicket-keeping duties.
J Root, J Bairstow, J Buttler and B Stokes will be the key batsmen. All of them are in good form. Their Openers K Jennings and A Cook are not in good touch and will hope to score big as they have lost their wicket cheaply in all the three tests. S Curran, M Ali and A Rashid will also give able support to them in batting department.
J Anderson will lead the pace attack and is in good form as always. S Broad, B Stokes and S Curran will support him. A Rashid and M Ali will be the key spinners for England.
