Pakistan are coming after putting a dominating show against Zimbabwe and will hope to get a good start in Asia Cup 2018. They have a strong squad with no injury issues and will give a tough challenge to the Asia Cup qualifiers champions. They would hope to get early momentum ahead before the clash with Arch-rivals India.

Hong Kong will be boozing with confidence after being the champion in Asia Cup qualifiers as well as receiving ODI status. A 17 man squad has been announced for Asia Cup. Anshuman Rath, B Hayat, Nizakat Khan and C Carter will be the main batsmen. Ehsan Khan, Aizaz Khan and S McKechnie will be key in late middle order for the team.

Aizaz Khan, E Nawaz and T Afzal will be the main pacers for team while Ehsan Khan and N Ahmed will be the key spinners for them.

Pakistan:

A 16 man squad has been declared for the Asia Cup. Young talent Usman Khan or experienced Junaid Khan will occupy the XIth position for team.

F Zaman, I Ul Haq, B Azam, S Malik, A Ali and S Ahmed will be the key batsmen. F Zaman and I Ul Haq are in brilliant form top of the order. S Khan and F Ashraf will do the late hitting for team.

H Ali, M Amir, F Ashraf will lead the pace attack along with Junaid Khan or Usman Khan. Shadab Khan will be the main spinner along with Shoaib Malik.
