Western Conference giants Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors renew their rivalry as the two teams meet in the preseason matchup at Staples Center.
Lakers come into this game on the back of two consecutive defeats against Brooklyn Nets in China, while Warriors tasted their first win before the start of the 2019-20 regular season with a 143-123 win over Minnesota Timberwolves.
Both the teams have already played once in the pre-season, at Warriors, newly built home Chase Center. Lakers won that game 123-101, with Anthony Davis scoring 22 points in just 18 minutes.
The next game will kick-start a three-game pre-season scrimmage between these two teams with the Lakers hosting Warriors twice at Staples Center, while the last one will be played at Chase Center.
Warriors and Lakers both kick-start their 2019-20 NBA regular season against the Los Angeles Clippers.
