1st Quarter-Final of T20 Blast will be played between Lancashire and Essex on 4th September at Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street.
Essex is gripping the game from a couple of last matches. They haven’t lost any game in the last 4 matches and got tied in one with Hampshire. Kent gave Essex a good fight in the recent match but lost 10 runs.
Lancashire, on the other hand, is the table topper of the North group. They have lost only 2 matches out of their 14 fixtures. Recently their batting order thrashed Leicestershire’s bowlers and chased the target in the 18th over.
