Hello and Welcome to our preview for England vs Windies match. We are covering ENG vs WI Dream 11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the third ODI match. The match is to be played at National Cricket Stadium, St George’s, Grenada.
The second ODI was played in the same mold as that of the first but it produced a contrasting result. England, who chased down 360 in the first match, fell short in the pursuit of 290. At one stage, England was cruising towards the target but WI sparked a collapse that earned them 26-run win. The series is poised 1-1 going into the third match.
England had different bowling plans in the second ODI. Adil Rashid was brought earlier and he sent back Gayle on arrival. Only Moeen Ali struggled with the ball. The opening pair of Roy-Bairstow failed but Morgan and Stokes threatened to run away with the chase. England then lost six wickets for just 35 runs to concede the game.
Chris Gayle batted with urgency in this match which will boost Windies’ confidence in the third ODI. Top order had started and Shimron Hetmyer made the best of it with a magnificent knock of 104 from 83 balls. The inclusion of left-arm pace bowler Sheldon Cottrell proved to be a masterstroke. His 5/46 wrecked English batting. Holder shined with 3/53.
