This is the 21^st match of third season of Tamil Nadu Premier league 2018 between Dindigul Dragons and Karaikudi Kaalai, as a result of which this clash will be between table toppers where Dindigul Dragons are leading the charts, in which they have played 5 matches and won back to back 4 matches and they just lost their first match against Ruby Trichy Warriors.

On the other side Karaikudi Kaalai will be playing their fifth match of the season and they have managed to win back to back 3 matches against VB Kanchi Veerans, Chepauk Super Gillies and Ruby Trichy Warriors and they have lost only one match against Lyca Kovai Kings in a super over as a result of which they are in a great form and can beat any big teams in the tournament.

They retained 3 players R Ashwin, Vivek Raj and N Jagadeesan.
Arpit Vasavada and Hanuma Vihari are the two outstation players that will not playing in this match.
R Ashwin will be now not a part for DIN as he will busy in the national duty and N Jagadeeshan will be leading this side in his absency.
Hari Nishanth and N Jagadeesan will be doing opening for this team in this match but Hari Nishanth only scored 4 runs in the previous match against TUTI Patriots.
B Anirudh and NS Chaturved will lead their middle order for Dindigul Dragons.
R Vivek really played well in the previous match scoring 62 runs and his attacking batting will be very usefull for this team.
M Mohammed also played a handy knock in the previous match scoring 36 runs and took 1 wicket.
Mohan Abhinav and M Silambarasan will lead their spin attack whereas M Mohammed will lead their pace attack.

Their star batsmen and captain Dinesh karthik will be still missing for few matches as a result S Anirudha will lead the side till his absency.
They have good openers in the form of V Aditya and skipper Srikkanth Anirudha and they are expected to score well in this match because the have scored 19 and 41 runs respectively in the previous match.
There middle order failed miserably in the previous match against Ruby Trichy Warriors.
Star performer Maan Bafna have just scored 7 runs of 11 balls in the previous match and it will be little worry for this side.
R Srinivasan and M Shajahan will lead their middle order for Karaikudi Kaalai in this match and they have failed to score in the previous match scoring just 2 and 8 runs respectively.
Yo Mahesh will lead their pace with R Rajkumar attack as he bowled in the economy of 6.52 in the previous match and managed to take 2 wickets
S Mohan Prasath and R Rajkumar took 3 and 2 wickets each and they can be proved threat to the opposition.
