Dale Steyn reports ‘three attempts of theft in his home’ in last week

Three attempts to break in!

Dale Steyn who is looking forward to his 37th birthday this month, has been observing quarantine in his home. He has stayed away from cricket like every other cricketer abiding by the rules of the government. In his latest Twitter post, the ferocious fast bowler revealed three attempts of theft in his house amid this lockdown. “ 3 attempted break ins since Friday at my house. Yesterday they destroyed my friends car and tonight scared the hell outa my mom who was alone at home. Rona definitely pushing people into desperation and I realize this tweet helps fuck all. Stay safe people,” Dale Steyn tweeted.

In a conversation with former English batsman who is of South African origin in Kevin Pietersen, the fiery pacer said –”It is at test for us, the time when people have to take care for each other but they are at the beaches, I mean what are they doing, there must be a reason why that is happening. He also revealed that his mother, his girlfriend and his 4 dogs are with him during this lockdown.”

Steyn’s next assignment

Dale Steyn would have played the famous IPL if not for the Corona Virus pandemic. Up next, he will be training with his national teammates and looking forward to get back to cricket once it is safe for everyone to have international matches conducted.
