Dale Steyn was up for some fun on Twitter

Veteran Proteas speedster was up for fun on Twitter as he was in a mood to play question answers round with his fans. One of the twitterati named ‘ PK Sharma’ asked him ‘Which Wicket-keeper batsmen is best in the world according to you? to which the speedster responded with the name of his countrymate QDK (An alias used for Quinton de Kock). Here’s the tweet:

Talking about the numbers Quinton de Kock posses, he averages above 45 in ODI cricket and has managed 4907 runs from 115 innings at a strike-rate of 95.20. He has played for 4 different franchises in the IPL and is currently a part of the 4-time champions Mumbai Indians.

In the year 2019, he finished as the leading run-scorer for Mumbai Indians with 529 runs to his name from 16 innings. His numbers are staggering in limited-overs cricket which might have propelled Dale Steyn to take Quinny’s name when asked by his fan.

He is struggling with a side-strain currently

The pacer was recently bought by his former IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore in the auctions which took place on 17th December 2019 in Kolkata.

However, he is currently struggling with a side-strain which forced him to sit out of the last two fixtures of Capetown Blitz in the Mzansi Super League 2019. Due to the injury, his fans will have to wait for his Big Bash League debut. His services were acquired by Melbourne Stars earlier this year but his appearance is still a matter of concern.
