Oklahoma City Thunder will be looking for a win when they play Dallas Mavericks in the first of the four pre-season games at BOK Center, in Oklahoma, United States of America.
OKC have pretty much entered the transition period following the departure of high-profile players in the off-season. It was an end of an era when Russell Westbook left the franchise for the new challenge in Houston Rockets, while Paul George joined superstar Kawhi Leonard in Los Angeles Clippers.
But the team management got some good deals in the trade of Westbrook and George. Chris Paul and Danilo Gallinari arrived with some first draft picks.

As mentioned above, Thunder will go into the 2019-20 season without Russell Westbrook and Paul George.
But in Chris Paul, Thunder will have the experience while Danilo Gallinari adds more potency to the roster.
Andre Roberson could be available for selection for the first time since January 2018. The 27-year-old forward has been ruptured his left patellar tendon in January 2018. But he is back in training now and may make his return here.

First and foremost, Mavericks superstar and legend Dirk Nowitzki has retired from Basketball. One of the very best of his generation, the 41-year-old German played a starry role in Mavericks’ title-winning campaign in 2011, also winning the NBA MVP that season.
Yudai Baba joined Mavericks roster for the pre-season. The young Japanese international has had a good 2019 summer league and will be looking for the same with the first-team squad.
