This is the 22nd match of third season of Tamil Nadu Premier league 2018 between Chepauk Super Gillies and VB Kanchi Veerans, as this clash will be between the bottom rank team as if now, Defending Champions Chepauk Super Gillies are in bottom of the table this time losing all the five matches and will be looking for their first win.

Kedar Devdhar and Shaurya Sanandia are the two outstation players that will not playing in this match.
S Karthik, U Sasidev and R Alexander are the retained players for Chepauk Super Gillies.
They have a good batting unit in their side but their bowling unit is yet left to perform in this tournament.
S Karthik and Ganga Sridhar Raju will continue to open up inning for Chepauk Super Gillies.
Skipper Gopinath really played well in the previous match scoring 40 runs against TUTI Patriots.
Murugan Ashwin and S Harish Kumar will lead their middle order and they performed well in the previous match.
R Alexender, M Ashwin and Arun Kumar will lead the spin attack.

S Arun really played well scoring important 29 runs for his team.
K Deeban Lingesh and Skipper Baba Aparajith also contributed well in the previous match.
Their middle order failed miserably in the previous match in the form of Sanjay Yadav, RS Mohit Hariharan and P Francis Rokins.
Aushik Srinivas and R Divakar played well in their bowling unit taking 3 wickets and 2 wickets each.
C Shriram bowled in a good economy 3.00 in the last match and he can be proved threat to the opposition.
