CD vs CTB Dream 11 Team Prediction of Super Smash: Preview| Unchanged Squads named

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Central Stags vs Canterbury Kings match. We are covering CD vs CTB Dream 11 Team Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the Super Smash 2018-19 match. The match is to be played at the McLean Park, Napier.

Central Stags now play a home game against Canterbury Kings after their resounding win at the Canterbury home ground in the last round. The Stags are currently placed second on the points table with three wins from their six matches. Canterbury languishes at the bottom spot with only one win to show for their efforts.

The last match that the Stags played was against Canterbury only. All five of the CD bowlers picked up a wicket at least and skittled the Kings for only 112 runs. Blair Tickner took 3/15 and Rance snared 2/19. Tom Bruce, who has been in an excellent form this season, lead the way in the chase with an unbeaten 45. Stags won by six wickets.

After a defeat to the Stags, Canterbury faced Northern Knights next. With Matt Henry’s 2/29, they halted the Knights to 154/7. The chase attempt proved short. Henry Nicholls and Cam Fletcher tried their best but the Kings fell short by six runs in the end.

Central Stags:

They have declared their 12-man squad. It is unchanged from the last match.

George Worker and Will Young will be the openers. Worker has failed with the bat so far. Good chance for him to make a comeback into form.

Dean Foxcroft will bat at three. Man in form, Tom Bruce, bats fourth. Wicketkeeper Dane Cleaver bats at five.

All-rounder Doug Bracewell batted at number six in the last match. He was followed by Josh Clarkson.

Ajaz Patel will be the lone specialist spinner while Ben Wheeler, Seth Rance and Blair Tickner form a tremendous pace attack, perhaps the best in the competition.

Canterbury Kings:

They have also announced the unchanged 13-man squad for the match.

Chad Bowes and Tom Latham will have the task of providing a flying start to the team. Henry Nicholls occupies the third spot.

Cole McConchie, team’s batting mainstay, will be at the fourth spot. Andrew Ellis (all-rounder), Cam Fletcher and Leo Carter complete the batting lineup.

Todd Astle will be the primary spinner. Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry and Ed Nuttall form the three-pronged pace attack.
