BAN vs WI Dream 11 Prediction for 3rd ODI: Preview| Series on the line

Hello and Welcome to our preview for Windies vs Bangladesh ODI match. We are covering BAN vs WI Dream 11 Prediction, Preview and Probable Playing XI for the third and final ODI. The match is to be played at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

The ODI series is tied 1-1 after the herculean efforts of Shai Hope in the second ODI. We now move into the final encounter of the short ODI series. The exciting encounter will be staged by the Sylhet International cricket ground which will make its ODI debut.

Bangladesh was in control for most of the part in the second ODI but the visiting Windies sides won the crucial moments of the match and sealed a morale-boosting win. The home team was cruising at one stage with the score reading 190/3 in 40 overs. Windies clawed back in the game with some good death bowling and restricted the hosts to 255/7. Tamim, Shakib and Mushfiqur all got past 50 runs while Oshane Thomas grabbed three wickets.

While Bangladesh was 20-30 runs short of the total, they managed to make the total look big with their disciplined bowling. Shai Hope waged the lone battle while his partners perished one by one. Keemo Paul assisted Hope in the later stages and with a stunning knock of 146 not out from 144 balls, the wicketkeeper clinched the game for the Windies.

Bangladesh:

Bangladesh went in with an unchanged XI from the last match.

“No fracture was found on Liton Kumar Das’ left ankle after the opening batsman was hit by a delivery from seamer Oshane Thomas during the second ODI between Bangladesh and the West Indies at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka Tuesday. Liton later came out to bat before being dismissed for eight by seamer Keemo Paul” – DhakaTribune.

Imrul Kayes and Liton Das failed to get going in the second ODI, however, the selectors can include Mohammad Mithun in place of Imrul Kayes. Also, they may try promoting Saumya Sarkar in the top order.

The golden generation – Tamim, Mushfiqur, Shakib, Mamudullah and Mortaza played their 100^th ODI together for Bangladesh in the second match. They will continue to be the mainstays along with Mustafizur.

Rubel Hossain picked up two key wickets but was hammered in the death overs. After the loss, Bangladesh may opt for Abu Hider or M Saifuddin.

Windies:

Windies tried to solve their top order problem by bringing in C Hemraj in place of Kieron Powell but he failed miserably as well. So they have a choice between two failed players.

No other changes are expected. Hope-Bravo-Hetmyer-Samuels-Powell-Chase form a formidable batting lineup.

D Bishoo, K Paul and Kemar Roach will complete the Windies lineup.
